Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the Krishiinet Fiber's Web Sites will immediately cease. Once the User's registration or the Services are terminated, cancelled or suspended, any data that the User has stored on the Website may not be retrieved later.

The SUBSCRIBER shall not carry any objectionable, obscene, unauthorized or any other content, messages or communications infringing copyright, intellectual property right and shall not violate international & domestic cyber laws, in any form or inconsistent with the laws of India

The SUBSCRIBER shall not use the Internet for anti-national activities, which is punishable under Indian Penal Code or other applicable law. The Internet cannot be used in such a manner as to endanger or make vulnerable a networked infrastructure. Acts such as break-ins or attempted breakings of networks shall be regarded as an anti-national act and shall be dealt in accordance with the Indian Penal Code.

The SUBSCRIBER shall not use any hardware / software which are identified as unlawful and / or render Internet security vulnerable. Either party shall make available, on demand, to the representatives of the Company and agencies authorized by the Government of India, full access to the equipment of the either party for technical scrutiny and detailed inspection.

The Internet Service shall be subject to the provisions of Indian Telegraph Act, 1985, Indian Wireless Telegraph Act, 1933, TRAI Act, 1997 and various clauses of ISP License Agreement issued by the Govt. of India, as modified from time to time.

* If the SUBSCRIBER fails to comply with any of the above clauses, the service connection will be disconnected without any intimation and Subscriber will be held responsible for all consequences arise out of it.

JURISDICTION : All the parties to the agreement hereby agree that the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall alone have jurisdiction to deal with any matters or claims arising out of this Registration cum Application along with terms & conditions

These Terms and any revision thereof constitute the entire agreement between the Company and user of this site with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements written or oral regarding such subject matter.

All Sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange Permitted.

Please be advised that you responsible for the recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases Krishiinet Fiber is not responsible for any purchase of recharge for an incorrect account number.However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on thre site,and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email or posting us a message. in such a secnario you will be entitled to a full refund. we request you to include in thre following details. -recharge value, Transaction date and order number shall investatigate the incident and if it is found that was indeed charged to your card or bank account whithout delivery of the recharge than you will be refunded the money within 7 working days form the date of the receipt of your mail.

It is important to note that if a customer wishes to pause their account in the middle of a billing cycle, this may not be possible. Our packages come with a standard billing cycle of 30 days, and it is not possible to adjust or deviate from this cycle.

Please note, Krishii Fiber does not collect any advance payment for the shipping of materials. Our services are solely focused on delivering high-quality results to our customers, and we do not involve any physical transfer of materials.

By eliminating shipping, we are able to streamline our operations and ensure a faster and more efficient service delivery process. This ensures that our customers receive the best possible experience without any unnecessary delays or complications.

Please note that we do not have any refund or cancellation policy in place. All the packages we offer are pre-paid and payments are made in advance. We do not have any holding policy for the services for interim periods. As long as you have our converters installed at your premises, the customer is obligated to make payment for the same.

However, if there are any technical reasons that prevent us from providing a service and no response is received within 48 working hours, the downtime will be calculated from the time the connection is down. This downtime will be applicable for the length of time the connection was unavailable.
